Iso-Naakkima crater lake - Nature & Wellbeing Sauna retreat

14:00 – Departure from Mikkeli
Pick-up and transfer to Iso-Naakkima Crater Lake.
15:00 – Arrival at the Crater Lake
Welcome herbal tea and introduction to the site. Safety briefing and overview of the unique natural and historical setting of Iso-Naakkima, including its ancient geological formation and cultural layers.
15:30 – Nature Connection Walk, Forest Yoga & Wild Berry Tasting
A slow, guided immersion into the forest and lakeshore environment:

storytelling about the land, nature, and Finnish relationship with the wilderness

17:00 – Three-Course Wilderness Dinner by the Fire
